  • Automatic Cycle - except the placement and replacement of the material.
  • Two potent ovens ( superior and inferior ) that assure fast heating of the plate and consequently high productivity. Ovens composed by low thermal inertia components and fast response. The ovens operate in low temperature when backward, economizing energy and avoiding superheating of the structure. The ovens are adequate to the thermal dilatation and made of stainless steel (avoid corrosion by using PVC).
  • Possibility of shaping of dense materials through the time and heating temperature regulation.
  • Optimal heat distribution obtained by the temperature individual PI control for each resistance zone of the oven. The number of zones varies according to the size of the machine.
  • Possibility of use of quartz or halogen resistances as heating components.
  • Deformation control of the plate during the heating: The Machine has optical sensors that assure, through vacuum and compressed air, that the plate does not be in contact with none of the ovens. This control allows the ovens to be nearer the plate (faster heating) and allows the shipping of large dense plates and of materials that deform excessively when heated, such as PE and PP.
  • Instantaneous vacuum for having a high sewage pump connected to a tank. The machine has two vacuum valves with different sewages in order to facilitate the mould’s regulation.
  • Detaching device with pressure and time regulation in order to the shaped parts easily release from the mould (mainly in the use of mould that fits into another).
  • High speed pneumatic movements generated by high quality components (FESTO , PARKER).
  • High quality electric equipment (GE ,Schneider, Omron).
  • Movement stock absorber with deadening cylinders and special polyurethane, assuring great durability and noise reduction.
  • Robust table with adjustable vertical position in order to adequate it to the height of the mould.

  • Infrared sensor – responsible by the monitoring of plastic plates temperature in the heating, assuring a perfect control of the temperatures and repetitiveness of the process in different operation conditions, such as ambient temperature and machine operational time.
  • Light curtain to provide the operator with total security.
  • PLC with simple and high capacity command interface. Controls the temperatures , times, has mould memory, is adjustable for configurations of several types of shaping ; has part counter. Allows operation accessibility in manual mode for mould adjusting.
