Skin Packing :

Skin packing is plastic packing method that uses a perforated or air-permeable piece of card. A plastic film is heated over the products until it becomes soft. Then vacuum is created under the card to allow the softened plastic to form over the product. The plastic adheres to the card holding the product. The card used in the process is precoated with a resin to adhere the plastic film.
Examples of skin-packed products: construction materials, electric materials, brake kits, engine and tractor parts, home appliances and ironware.
