RV-2 is an automatic machine designed to produce thermoformed parts above 1 mm (1/16") thick. It is a two-station carrousel-type machine-it has two rotating frames. While a plate is heated in one station, another plate is molded and cooled in the other one, allowing a productivity higher than that of single-station machines. The machine also has a double furnace that allows the molding of several materials like PP and HDPE.RV-2 is build in sizes that range from 23 ½" x 31 ½" to 79" x 118" of useful molding area.
