General specifications:
  • Automatic cycle except for placement and removal of plastic plate.

  • Molds a wide range of materials such as HDPE, PP, PMMA, ABS, PET, PVC from 1mm to 10mm (1/16 " to 3/8 " ) thickness depending on material type.

  • Optimized heat distribution due to individual temperature control of each zone of the oven. The quantity of zones varies according to machine size.
  • Oven is designed to allow thermal expansion and is made of stainless steel to prevent oxidation when using PVC.
  • Instantaneous vacuum is obtained through a high outflow pump attached to a vacuum tank.
  • Detaching device is adjusted by air pressure and time. It is useful when the molding adheres to the tool, mainly when using male tools.

  • Radial fans to reduce cooling time
  • The double furnace heats both sides of the plastic plate, reducing the heating time and minimizing the difference between the surface temperatures of each face. Because it is designed as a rotating machine, the furnaces may be turned on at each cycle, saving energy and increasing productivity
  • High-capacity PLC with friendly interface. It controls the temperature in the zones of the furnace, the heating and cooling times and the temperature of the plastic during the heating period, besides other functions. It has a memory for 20 tools including all temperatures, times and configuration of each one.
  •            Besides the molding area, it is possible to select optional features to equip RV-2:

  • Catalytic gas ovens to replace the conventional furnaces. Because they are catalytic, they allow safer operation and controlled heating temperatures.

  • Fans equipped with water spreading system to reduce cooling time and increase productivity.
