It is a packing formed by a rigid transparent plastic film that is thermoformed in two parts and folded in a way to involve the product like a split shell. The packaging may contain a printed paper with the product. The split packaging may be closed by dovetail, self-adhesive label, radio-frequency sealing or ultrasound sealing.
